Fitness of Mind and Body
No Momentum plan is complete without a safe, challenging and functional fitness program to enhance both strength in mind and body. I utilize the fundamentals of our mobility program along with progressive resistance training, balance, core, conditioning, and myofascial release exercises to address the entire picture of your fitness. Each week, clients are guided through and given mobility, strength and/or conditioning programming to support their growth.
