Background:

Mo grew up as a passionate multi sport athlete before attending Dickinson College where she majored in American Studies and continued to play field hockey.  She began personal training with her assistant field hockey coach (an NASM trainer) her junior year, where she experienced first hand the positive impact  training had on her ongoing injuries, muscle imbalancess, and confidence.

Mo started her career in 2013 as a Fitness Director, Personal Trainer and Balanced Athlete Coach for Empowered Yoga.  In 2019 she founded Momentum Coaching, built her Mo-bility Method and created The Strongest You wellness experience.

Experience:

Mo has worked with clients of ages 13-92 with all ranges of physical abilities.  She has 13 years of experience coaching strength, conditioning, mobility and holistic health to individuals with chronic injuries, autoimmune diseases, pre/post major surgery and anxiety/depression.  She often works along side physical therapists, chiropractors and massage therapists to complement client recovery and move them forward on their health journey.

In addition to her credentials in mobility, functional movement, behavior change science, stress management & performance nutrition, Mo is a strength and conditioning enthusiast.  She credits the Mobility and Momentum Method to her ability to continue to play competitive field hockey year round.
